IF YOU CONFIRM

When the outside temperature is 10°F (-12°C) or below,

• A door will open and close normally using the inside door handle, but
• When using the outside door handle, the door handle:
  • Does not move freely
  • Is difficult to operate (stuck)
  • Will not open the door

 

ACTION

Replace the door lock assemblies (includes cables) on all 4 doors.

• Refer to Section BL in the Service Manual for replacement information.

NOTE:

• Make sure you use the new cables that come with the door lock assemblies.
• Do Not apply any grease to the cables.
